Products and compatibility
Our cat flap covers are model-specific. Each is designed to match the precise shape and curvature of the cat flap model identified in its product description. Similar dimensions or appearance do not mean that a cover will fit another model or brand. Please check the product description carefully and contact us before ordering if you are uncertain.
We take reasonable care to display products accurately. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences, and the nature of 3D printing may result in small surface or finish variations. These do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Placing an order
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the selected products under these terms. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
Please check your order and contact details before paying. If we cannot accept an order—for example because a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or we cannot deliver to the address supplied—we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown separately before you place the order. You must pay using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment services are provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their own terms.
Availability and 3D printing
Our products are 3D printed in-house. We usually keep stock, but if a cover has sold out there may be a short wait while we print more. Any stock or availability information is an estimate until we accept your order.
Delivery
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses. Delivery options, charges and available information about timing are shown during checkout. Unless a different timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address or person you nominated. Please see our Delivery, Returns and Refunds page for further details.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel without giving a reason up to 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If there is a problem, contact us with your order number. Your remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund as provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Using the product
Please fit and use the cover only with the compatible cat flap identified in the product description and follow any instructions supplied. The cover is intended to supplement the existing cat flap; it does not replace correct locking, installation, supervision or routine maintenance of the cat flap.
Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Intellectual property
The website content, product designs, photographs, branding and other materials belong to Purrfect Prints or their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Purrfect Prints products are protected by the UK Registered Designs identified on the relevant product pages.
Personal information
We use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
The terms that apply to your order are those available when the order is placed. We may update these terms for future orders. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law and courts applicable to you as a consumer.
